Morris is an investor at Gaia Equity, where he's responsible for sourcing and executing new investments. Prior to Gaia Equity, Morris spent over four years at Horizon Partners, a boutique investment banking firm based in San Francisco.  

Morris has extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions for software, digital media, and tech-enabled service businesses in the lower middle-market. During his time at Horizon, he helped execute on several transactions for tech businesses, totaling $100M+ in deal value, and also sourced a number of clients for the firm. Morris has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from UC Berkeley.
